Vegetable Garden and Kathleen's Cuisines

Welp. It's true. I've started a garden. I have taken some "before" pics in hopes of some fabulous "after" pics. In ground, we have tomatoes, squash, zucchini, cantaloupe, cucumber, green bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, green beans, asparagus, chives, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and sage. Potted on the deck I have strawberries, more green bell peppers, arugula, mixed lettuces, lavender, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
I started this in hopes of having a bounty of fresh, homegrown vegetables to cook with this summer, and maybe even jar for the fall. Also, I had hoped to dry the herbs and cook with them year round.
I have started an extremely small, one-woman 'business' (if you will) from my home- Kathleen's Cuisines. I only started a week ago, this being my second week, and I have delivered 92 fliers to mailboxes around me each week. I had only three customers respond to my flier and menu last week, but I am up this week to seven. So, we shall see. I hope to start turning a profit soon, and hope to be able to use my homegrown vegetables eventually.
